'You're Welcome' is a limited edition print of an original acrylic painting by Kirsty McMahon.
It features a beautiful welcome swallow bird (warou), which is one Kirsty's favourite birds.
Welcome swallows are small, swift, beautiful birds with deep blue and orange colouring and distinctive forked tails.
They were self-introduced to New Zealand from Australia around the late 1950s. The title 'You're Welcome' is a play on the bird's name and Kirsty's love of them - in other words they are welcome visitors to NZ!
This is a limited edition (closed) print run of just 25. Each is hand signed and numbered by Kirsty McMahon.
All prints come unframed and backed onto a light but sturdy detachable backing board to keep them safe.
